Das Programm Läuft nicht

Hallo ihr Lieben ,
Habe das Programm gerade gekauft leider muss ich feststellen das es nicht Läuft! er Scannt nichts noch reagiert er auf irgend welche eingabe tasten!
sorry aber da schickt mir die 1,99€ wieder zurück weil das sehe ich sonnst als betrug!
